Subject Photo / Privacy

A clear note on your information.

Subject Photo is the data controller for information you share through an enquiry or booking. This page explains what is collected, why it is needed, and how to ask for access or deletion.

What is collected

A quick contact request may include your name, email address or phone number, car details, and an optional message. A confirmed booking also includes the chosen date and time, location, and notes needed to plan the session.

Why it is used

The information is used to reply to your enquiry, confirm and deliver a booked session, and contact you about practical changes to that session. It is not sold or used for advertising trackers.

Storage and retention

Details are stored in the private booking system and are available only to the photographer and the services needed to operate the booking flow. Records are kept only for as long as they are needed for the conversation, session, accounting, or a legal obligation, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Email the photographer directly through the contact pageand include enough detail to locate your enquiry. You can also choose not to submit a form; the site does not require an account.
